HOW SHOULD SHE HANDLE THIS?

The matter she brought before the Parliament today is on behalf of her friend…The couple has been married for about TEN YEARS-without a child. After trying (for a baby) in all these years, she adopted a child with her husband’s consent. Now, the husband seems disinterested in the baby. He does not show the child any form of affection. Two years ago, the man had an affair that produced a baby. He hoped that she would agree to raise the baby (that he had with another woman) but she refused. What worries her is his indifference to their baby (the child they adopted).
