How to know if she's interested before you ask her out

Most guys i know dont like to get a No for an answer especially when they expected a Yes. Guys love to succeed. Most guys would'nt propose to a girl they aren't sure of unless they are sure they would get a yes...

Please stop that Can i have your number rush? it just doesn't work like that. It's in fact hilarious. Stay away from the flattery at first. If she likes you and you in turn keep busting all out with all the flattery,She will assume you do this always.And if she's not attracted to you and you keep flattering her, hmm you will just make her uncomfortable wt your presence.
Your key goal is to make her gain a level of trust with you,and you can only achieve this by getting to know her first as a friend! Don't get busy figuring out what to say and how to say it,focus rather on her verbal and non verbal reactions to know if she's interested in the conversation or not.You need to find out and be sure if she is interested before you ask her out or for her number!
 Guys get nervous in situation like this...but hey don't bother about the nervousness because..Girls like me find it romantic and endearing..because it shows that:
1.She has an effect on you ,...like a power rush
2.You rarely do this..so that alone make her feel special
Guys never confuse her laughing at your jokes for evidence that she is interested. You might just be funny and that's it!
